Meet Dr Elissa Heineke, the most recent practitioner to join our Dr Face family! Graduating from Monash University in 2010, Dr Elissa went into specialty General Practice training in 2013.
Dr Elissa has a number of years’ experience working in skin cancer medicine as part of General Practice, holding an Advanced Certificate of Dermoscopy. Through her work with skin checks and skin cancer, which included performing minor surgical procedures, Dr Elissa started to develop an interest in the aging process of the skin. In particular, Dr Elissa has an interest in the impact that the Australian environment has on aging and skin quality.
Elissa has undertaken cosmetic injectable training with internationally renowned and published cosmetic injectable specialists. Her aim in practice is to minimise the effects of the aging process, while maintaining natural features and a more youthful appearance. She understands that every face is different, and tailor’s treatment to each individual.
