Dr Vilma di Maria has announced that she’s retiring at the end of 2025.
Vilma and I began to work together over 20 years ago. This was just 5 years after modern cosmetic medicine first became available in Australia in 1999.
Vilma and I jointly founded Dr Face, and through our collaboration have ridden the wave of knowledge and new treatment types that have created wonderful benefits for our patients.
Vilma’s reputation grew as she became a national and then internationally recognised practitioner and teacher. Her warmth, dedication, medical expertise and unique vibe have been at the heart of Dr Face.
It’s the end of an era, and we know how much this is going to affect her patients, who have trusted and valued long term relationships with her.
Vilma has earned her retirement and we at Dr Face are grateful for her friendship and support and will continue to be inspired as she throws herself into life after work with her signature energy.
